Bérénice - De Rerum Natura

After years of research to find just the right combination of fibers to pair with their core bases, De Rerum Natura is introducing Bérénice! This laceweight yarn is fluffy without being too hairy - an absolutely dreamy blend of fibers.

Airy super kid mohair (incredibly fine and soft) is blended with De Rerum Natura's organic merino, which gives the yarn a unique, mellow, cloudy feel and helps reduce its carbon footprint. This blend is then looped around a strong, shiny silk yarn and then brushed to give the desired fluffy, voluminous look.

As always, De Rerum Natura is committed to traceability and animal welfare when creating their yarns and this base is no different. The yarn is dyed using environmentally-friendly dyes that comply with GOTS specifications to reduce their environmental impact.
